Hybrid Events-Confusing Possibilities Made Simple

The Duke Energy Convention Center (DECC), in collaboration with Prestige Audio Visual and Creative Services, and our downtown Cincinnati partners, hosted a successful hybrid meeting to both live and virtual attendees, showing meeting planners a solution for their future meetings. 

The event had the traditional meeting elements, combined with virtual capabilities and live interaction for all attendees, remote or onsite.  The event started with a concise, webinar-style program followed by mixed-format live breakouts.  Attendees were able to interact with industry professionals and peers live or virtually.  Focused breakout topics followed the main stage and answered key questions about events moving forward.
